At Gro-Med, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our Coco & Coir Substrates, we offer a hassle-free return and refund. Please review our policy below to understand the terms and conditions: 

Returns 

  • Eligibility: You may initiate a return within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds 

  • Refund Eligibility: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
